Transcript Requests

Current Students:
Transcripts are free, but you must complete the Transcript Request Form and submit to Mrs. Roberts.  Transcripts will be ready for pickup in three days or less. Forms are available in the Career Lab Office or at the main counter of the Guidance Office.

High School Graduates - 1989 to last year

Transcripts are $2.00 (cash or money order only) and you may stop by the school to fill out the paperwork or mail the paperwork in. You must show a photo ID.  Mail request, fee, and enlarged copy of ID to:  Julie Roberts, HCHS, 2800 Hornet Drive, Haines City, FL  33844.

High School Graduates - prior to 1989

Transcripts are $2.00 (cash or money order only) Your transcripts are microfilmed and must be ordered from the District offices in Bartow.  You may order them through Mrs. Roberts, but it may take 7 - 10 days to receive them.
